John Harris

Founder/Chairman

Chief Executive Officer 

John Harris, CEOFor some, business is business. But for John Harris, it’s always been personal. As the son of a parent with Alzheimer’s and the uncle of a child with Autism, John knows firsthand the responsibilities and challenges that come with caring for people with special needs. As Chairman and CEO of eTrak, John has spent a lifetime developing products that change people’s lives. A former Senior VP at Mitsubishi Electronics, Executive VP at Uniden, President of Miracle Systems, Inc. and CEO of RangeStar Wireless, John built the world’s largest RF Engineering firm with Dell and Intel as partners. His incredible track record in electronic technology and engineering has led to numerous patents, including the world’s first dual-band embedded global usage cellular antenna. And it’s his energy, his expertise and his personal quest to leverage technology to help our most vulnerable citizens that are at the very heart and soul of eTrak.

 

Bill Nardiello

President

Bill Nardiello, PresidentAt the intersection of health care, technology and financial services, you will find Bill Nardiello. Having spent more than 25 years as a top executive in corporate business, Bill began his career with IBM, where he spent 15 years in sales management. Over the last 17 years, he led the marketing for a software and services company that delivered value added solutions to the healthcare industry, served as CEO of a technology company, ran his own consulting firm and assisted many small and mid-sized companies get their business plans, and their businesses, up and running. In 2007, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of Parker Chiropractic College, where he now serves as Chairman. A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Masters in Business and Public Administration from Columbia University, Bill leads the strategic marketing and relationship efforts for all eTrak products.

 

Jim Nalley

Chief Technical Officer

Jim NalleyAn entrepreneur adventurer Jim has been involved in both large companies and numerous start-ups. Jim is a passionate execution driven executive that honed his leadership abilities while serving eight years as an officer in the United States Army.   After leaving the Army as a Captain in 1997, Jim went to DSC Communications, where he worked in The Network Services group as a Manager maintaining several major customer networks. Over the next three years Jim was promoted to Sr. Director responsible for all of the RBOCs as well as Sprint, WorldCom and all of the Caribbean.  Jim led an organization of over 600 employees and was responsible for the largest deployment of DWDM in the history of Alcatel.   In 2001 Jim joined start up services company, Goodman Networks, as the Vice President of Business Development. He helped lead the company in obtaining their Alcatel USA services contract and 100% market share in switch services with the company growing from 4 million to 12 million in revenue that year.  In 2003 Jim moved back to Dallas, from California, as EVP of Operations and grew the company from 13 to 27 million with record EBITDA.  In 2004, Jim was promoted to President and growing the company to over 125 million in revenue in 2006.  In 2007 Jim founded EmFinders, a unique location based services company (LBS) geared toward finding missing Alzheimer’s sufferers and children with autism. EmFinders was able to deploy nationally and was accepted in over 6500 public safety answering points.  Jim led the company through successful acquisition in 2012.  Jim is the author of four awarded patents pertaining to the LBS space.  He has degrees from the University of Southern Indiana in Economics and Political Science and hundreds of hours in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Army.  Jim is most proud to be the father of two wonderful daughters, Lexi and Emily.

 

Russ Pond

Chief Marketing Officer

Russ Pond, CTOInventor. Innovator. Engineer. Entrepreneur. Russ Pond is a man of many technologies. And the holder of many patents. A graduate of the University of Texas and the recipient of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Russ began his career with Uniden, responsible for the planning development of the company’s consumer products line. In 1999, he served as Product Marketing Manager for Nokia where he led the launch of multimedia products in North and South America. A prolific developer and world-class engineer, Russ has been named inventor on multiple international telecommunications and satellite technologies, and holds patents on technology ranging from information update systems to electronic payment methods for mobile devices.

 

Gary Menees

Vice President

Sales and Business Development

Gary Menees, VP SalesGary Menees grew up in the wireless world. And for over 20 years, he’s help fuel the growth of the industry that has dramatically changed the way we communicate. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Gary got his start with GTE Wireless, Samsung Telecommunications and Sony Ericsson Mobile Phones, where he rose to become Vice President of Sales, leading an 80-member team and serving as a key consultant to the company’s global product development efforts. As Vice President of Sales for companies like Invisio, Inc., and Geos Communications, Inc., Gary led the development of sales strategy and channel sales that resulted in new distribution agreements, partnerships with major retailers and sales that took his organizations’ market presence to the next level. As President of GMMA, Gary counseled C-level executives of global businesses in the wireless industry. Today, Gary leverages his considerable experience to carve out new markets for eTrak products.
